These Chakras (swirling wheels of energy) correspond to nerve centers in the body, working with our physical, spiritual and emotional states of being. It is essential that our seven main Chakras stay open and aligned. If there is a blockage the energy cannot flow, which affects our thoughts, health, emotions, state of mind.
